• The Qube serie

The new concrete pipes from Martens Concrete are branded as the Qube series. These concrete pipes are manufactured at a newly developed production facility specifically designed for this type of pipe. The state-of-the-art production setup enables us to produce Qube pipes with unparalleled dimensional accuracy and a robust new jointing system. Another significant advantage is that Qube series concrete pipes up to a diameter of 1000 can be custom-cut along their entire length.

    Sliding Joint

The concrete pipes in the Qube series feature a unique joint, which is a sliding joint with a circular rubber ring that fits into a ring chamber (groove) on the spigot. The joint is established using lubricant.

    ABS-Infix Sleeve

    ABS Infix Sleeve

To establish a connection between the Qube series concrete pipes and plastic house and sewer connections, you'll use the ABS infix sleeve. You're already familiar with this solution from our Vesta concrete pipes, and it has proven itself in its application. The ABS infix sleeve combines high static strength with unique properties under dynamic loads. The rubber seal ensures a watertight connection between the Qube pipe and the inlet. If, for any reason, an ABS infix sleeve is damaged, it can be easily replaced with a new infix sleeve.

    Reducers

Thanks to the well-designed range of standard reducers available in socket and spigot configurations within the Qube series, it is almost always possible to place a manhole in the right location on-site without the need for cutting work. This saves time and, therefore, money.

Please note: for a through manhole, both a socket and a spigot reducer should be used (the spigot reducer serves as a pendulum piece that enhances the system's quality).

    Qube Series Pipes are cuttable

In the Qube series, all pipes up to a diameter of 1000 mm can be cut along their entire length. Due to the straight and highly dimensionally accurate nature of Qube pipes, you can cut them at the desired location. Both components, the socket and the spigot, can then be used as reducers. A special rubber sliding ring is required to establish a connection with the Martens Sparing in the manhole/outflow module, ensuring the correct ring is used. Our logistics staff will inquire when placing your order if you intend to cut pipes for your project, so the appropriate sliding joint can be supplied accordingly.

Special Fitting Tubes / Slope Tubes

In situations requiring highly specific connectors, such as the transition from pipes from another supplier to Qube series pipes, Martens can provide the necessary custom-fitted components with precision to the millimeter using our state-of-the-art cutting and milling equipment. A tailor-made rubber roll or sliding ring ensures an optimal watertight connection. Additionally, Martens can cut a slope tube to your desired slope for ending in a watercourse.

    Available Versions of Qube Series

The Qube pipes are currently available in diameters of 600mm, 800mm, and 1000mm (unreinforced or steel fiber-reinforced), as well as in diameters of 1250mm and 1500mm (both steel fiber-reinforced).

The Qube pipes in unreinforced design (Forte class 160) are obtainable in diameters of 600mm, 800mm, and 1000mm. Infiltration versions of the Qube series will be introduced later this year.
