The personal data collected on the website is mainly used by the Controller for maintaining relationships with you and, where appropriate, for processing your orders.

 

Article 7 - Your rights with respect to your data

Under Article 13(2)(b) GDPR, everyone has the right to access and have rectified or erased personal data concerning the data subject or to restrict processing concerning said data subject and to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. Any such request shall be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document bearing your signature and indicating the address at which you can be contacted. You will receive a response to your request within 1 month of its submission. Depending on the complexity and number of the requests, this time limit may be extended by 2 months, if necessary.

 

Article 8 - Processing of personal data

If the visitor is suspected of violating any legislation or regulations and if, in this connection, the authorities require personal data collected by the Controller, these will be provided to the said authorities following an explicit and reasoned request from them, after which this personal data will no longer fall under the protection of the provisions of this privacy policy.
