• The development of Forte concrete pipes is just one of the many innovations by Martens Beton. These unreinforced pipes, with a greater wall thickness, have a minimum strength class of 135. This significantly expands their range of applications.

     

    The Medina Forte possesses the same water-permeable qualities as the standard Medina infiltration pipe you are accustomed to from us. However, due to its larger wall thickness, this pipe achieves a strength class of 135, significantly expanding its range of applications. Furthermore, these pipes comply with the Belgian standard PTV 104.

     

    The Medina Forte pipes, like the standard Medina pipes, ensure a gradual drainage of rainwater. The porosity of the pipes allows for the discharge of groundwater through the pipes in case of a high water table, and during low water tables, clean rainwater infiltrates into the ground. The Medina Forte is available in the following diameters: 400, 500, 600, 800, and 1000mm.

    ABS Infix Socket

    Where you need to create a connection between Martens concrete pipes and plastic house and drain connections, you use the ABS infix socket. This solution combines high static strength with unique properties under dynamic loads. The rubber seal ensures a watertight connection between the pipe and inlet. If an ABS infix socket is damaged for any reason, it is very easy to replace it with a new infix socket.

    Reducers

    Thanks to the well-thought-out range of standard reducers in socket-spigot and socket-socket designs from Martens Beton, it is almost always possible to position a manhole in the correct location without the need for cutting. This saves time and, consequently, money.

     

    Cutting Pipes

    Martens Beton manufactures cutting pipes in Maru and Vesta models with diameters ranging from 300 to 1000mm. The cutting pipes with diameters from 300 to 500mm are straight pipes that can be cut to the required length on-site. The cutting pipes with diameters from 600 to 1000mm have several milled zones where you can cut the pipe. There is no need for special rubber rings; standard rubber rings are sufficient. The front of the socket is colored red for easy identification. If you wish to use these cutting pipes, please inform our logistics personnel.

    Special Transition Pipes / Slope Pipes

    If very specific connectors are required, for instance, for transitioning from a pipe of another supplier to Martens pipes, in such cases, Martens can provide the necessary fitting with utmost precision using its state-of-the-art cutting and milling equipment. A custom-made rubber seal ring, either roll or slip type, ensures an optimally watertight connection.
